Shedding light on what needs are NOT being met in our lives is an effort to bring us greater clarity, ease, and peace. Pinpointing exactly what we are feeling and why based on feelings and needs identification is very informative. Feelings of overwhelm is a big red flag that needs are not being me. Once we begin to connect the dots, we can begin to see light (light, whether dim or bright, is still light). By looking at unmet needs, we can better understanding why feelings, sometimes subtle and sometimes roaring, surface. SALT practices have implications for everyone!
